Website privacy policy

What this policy covers

This policy applies to the reservationpresence.com website only. It explains what we collect when you browse our pages, why, and what you can ask of us.

Booking an appointment for a demo happens in our application, at a different address. The information you provide there (name, email, phone number, chosen time) is governed by the terms of use and user privacy policy, not by this policy.

What we collect on this site

Visit data, and nothing else. This site hosts no accounts, no bookings and no payment data.

  • the pages viewed, the date and the length of the visit;
  • where the visit came from: a search engine, an ad or a link on another site;
  • the device type, browser, language and approximate region, derived from the IP address;
  • interactions with the page, such as the links you click.

This data is used to measure traffic, to learn which pages are genuinely useful and to assess how well our ads perform. It is not used to identify you personally.

If you email or call us using the contact details shown on the site, we keep your message and your contact details for as long as it takes to answer and follow up on your request.

Cookies and consent

On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Until you give it, the measurement tools stay switched off: only the cookies required for the site to work are used.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads as well as Mixpanel for audience measurement. You may decline from the start, change your preferences later from the banner, or clear the cookies in your browser settings.

Where this data goes

Your personal data is stored by Réservation Présence directly. The site is hosted with Amazon Web Services and every communication is encrypted (HTTPS).

The measurement tools named above are provided by companies based outside Canada: the information sent to them may therefore be processed abroad and subject to the laws that apply there. Our own practices remain governed at all times by this policy and by Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the providers named here.

How long we keep it

Visit data is not kept beyond what audience measurement requires; it is then deleted or kept in an aggregated form that can no longer identify anyone. Emails and information requests are kept for as long as the relationship is active, then destroyed.

Your rights

At any time you may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, for its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent to audience measurement, or file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. Write to us: we answer within 30 days at the latest.
