Sector features

Five levers for your operations.

Everything you need to manage clients without friction, from the click that buys to the moment they arrive.

Time-slot bookings

Split your days into slots (9:00, 9:30, 10:00), each with its own capacity. Customers pick the time that suits them and the system prevents overbooking automatically.

Online availability calendar

Your clients see real-time availability and book directly: no phone calls, no back-and-forth emails, no manual coordination.

Contract signed at booking

Embed your rental agreement directly into the booking flow. Clients accept it before confirming, no manual follow-up needed.

Damage protection

Place an authorization hold on the client's credit card at the time of booking, chargeable in case of damages after the event. You're protected, without requiring an upfront deposit from your clients.

Automated payments & confirmations

Collect payments online and send confirmations automatically. Zero intervention required between the booking and the rental date.

And so much more once you're set up...

Many of our clients also use PRÉSENCE to sell tickets for events hosted in their venue, or manage registrations for classes and workshops they offer on-site. All in the same system.

Before PRÉSENCE, I managed everything by email and phone. Now my clients book on their own, sign the contract online, and I receive payment automatically.
